Karu Distillery
Launched in 2018 by husband and wife team Nick and Ally, Karu Distillery’s focus has always been to create quality spirits that highlight the science and art of the distillation process.
Based in the Devils Wilderness NSW the range has grown to include Affinity a contemporary Australian gin, Lightning a navy strength gin, Morita a chipotle vodka and Outcask a golden rum.
Karu is one of Australia’s most awarded distilleries, in 2021 Lightning gin took out the Trophy for best contemporary gin at the International Wines & Spirits Competition.

Double-distilled in a traditional copper pot still and aged in a variety of barrels, Soltera showcases the artistry of traditional rum-making combined with modern sustainability.

Lord Byron
Lord Byron Distillery makes its drinks in Byron Bay from ingredients grown and sourced in the region. The base ingredients in our drinks are pure water that comes from our family farm in the Byron Bay hinterland and molasses from the local cane growers.
We ferment, distill, mature and bottle on site ourselves, making our drinks truly unique.

Peninsula Distilling
A spirit brand loved and embraced as their own by our local community that embraces us due to our Zero Waste policy and support of local businesses. We are a privately owned Micro Distiller based on the Redcliffe Peninsula and we aim to be zero waste with our waste from the production going to local farmers in the Moreton Bay region. It is also our intention to be 100% renewable energy when we reach full production.

From the most awarded Rum Distiller of our time – Richard Seale, 4th Generation Trader/Distiller of R.L. Seale & Co – non other than Fousquare Rum Distillery have joined the Rumolution!
Foursquare Rum Distillery is located on a former sugar plantation that dates back to approximately 1720, within the tiny Caribbean island of Barbados. The distillery was re-opened by the Seale family in 1996, distilling operations and blending are currently directed by Richard Seale.
